Blogging is something that wasn’t on my to-do list when I was in college studying engineering.
I run a personal finance & business blog that I started back in college as a means of side income. Now, this blog receives over 4 million pageviews annually courtesy of social media promotion and makes me a full-time income.
I started earning a few thousand dollars every month in college, which gave me the freedom to give blogging a proper shot rather than joining a corporate firm. I gave myself a choice:
Either get accepted in Mediavine (a premium ad network) before a certain date, or I’ll have to sit for interviews. I got accepted into Mediavine, one whole year prior to my graduation.
